Shibuya Scramble Square is a new Tokyo landmark. It’s just opened on November 1st in 2019. It’s located right above JR Shibuya Station (渋谷駅). It’s a high rise building comprising shopping, dining, entertainment facilities, offices and more. It’s the Skyscraper which has a 47th floor and 230 meters in height.

I was walking around Shibuya Sky Gallery (渋谷スカイギャラリー) at Shibuya Scramble Square (渋谷スクランブルスクエア), Tokyo (東京), Shibuya City (渋谷区), Japan (日本).
I walked around Shibuya Sky Gallery which is inside of the observation deck and located on the 46th floor at Shibuya Scramble Square. It’s right below the top floor of Shibuya Sky (渋谷スカイ). Shibuya Sky is outside of the observation deck, 360° open-air, and on the 47th floor and approximately 230 meters above the ground.
In Shibuya Sky Gallery, there are some creative exhibitions going on which you would like to see. Also, there is a Cafe & Bar called “Paradise Lounge”. Of course as well as Shibuya Sky, there are spectacular and breathtaking city views. We can see Tokyo Tower, the new Tokyo Stadium, Tokyo Skytree, Shinjuku SkyScrappers, Mt Fuji (on a clear day), and more (Basically everything in Tokyo).

A major highlight of this awesome Skyscraper is SHIBUYA SKY. It definitely provides the best view in Tokyo.
Shibuya Sky is the observation deck at the rooftop of Shibuya Scramble Square. It is the 360° open-air observation deck and the approximately 230 meters above the ground. It’s the highest point in the district of Shibuya. In addition, there are 4 of ‘Sky Edges’ which are corners of this building that we can look down at the cityscape below without any obstruction. There are so many spots to take great photos and videos with a panoramic view of the city.
Moreover, there are some amenities with spectacular and breathtaking views. There are hammocks for cloud watching. And also there is an observation compass to help you identify major landmarks. As we can guess, we can see Tokyo Tower, the new Tokyo Stadium, Tokyo Skytree, Shinjuku SkyScrappers, Mt Fuji (on a clear day), and more. I took this video on around evening time, but there is a light show at night called the ‘Crossing Light’ with18 beams illuminate on the city sky.
Particularly as I mentioned, there are 4 of Sky Edges. With one of the sky edges, we can see Shibuya Scramble Crossing (渋谷スクランブル交差点) right below the edge. We can see people are really tiny and a lot of people are crossing the intersection. That’s also a very interesting view of Shibuya Sky.
It’s absolutely spectacular and breathtaking views and more. Definitely, I recommend you to visit Shibuya Sky once in your life.
