I was walking around St Marks Place and Astor Place (East Village) in Manhattan, New York City, New York, United States.
I walked from 1st Avenue and St Marks Place through 3rd Avenue and Astor Place to 4th Avenue and E 8th Street (Astor Place Station (Green line of the subway).
I used to commute this area 10 years ago. It has been changing a lot since then.
