I was walking around Umeda area on July 2021 in Kita-ku (北区), Osaka Prefecture (大阪府), Japan (日本).
As you can see from this video, 99% of people were wearing masks because of the affection of coronavirus (COVID19).
Hopefully, everything will be normal as soon as possible.
